The Dixi Mafia is alive and well in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Using color of law, my 83 year old father has been illegally ruled incompetent, denied access to an attorney, illegally incarcerated in the Chattanooga Life Care and our family farm ordered sold at public auction by JUDGE FRANK BROWN and Clerk and Master LEE AKERS. Lee Akers and court appointed CONSERVATOR LYNN DECHMAN are now spending the money and milking the ONE MILLION DOLLARS FOR THEIR BENEFIT.
